Support Details

Product purchase support

Our FAE for each product asks in detail what kind of products are most suitable for customers system, and propose the best products. Also, we will help you to close contracts in English at the time of purchasing products. To smoothly proceed the contract process, we provide you with a contract written in Japanese for reference.

Technical support

Our FAE will be a counterpart to respond to your inquiries about products such as installation, usage, defects, etc. For overseas vendor products, you can just inquire in Japanese to us; then the FAE will communicate with overseas vendors and respond to you in Japanese. Also, we will hold meetings if necessary.

Dedicated technical support

Apart from product purchase, Fujisoft will provide the dedicated technical support upon your request with the optional charge. Our engineers will be able to cover areas of technical support such as system design using products, defect analysis, performance improvement which can not be covered by support from the product vendor.

System development service

Apart from product purchase, Fujisoft provides system development service that will be available with separate fee upon customers request. We propose and offer services such as system integration using the products, platform development, board preparation, etc. It is possible to provide with from small-scale development such as the partial circuit of FPGA only, special Linux driver only, to the large-scale system development used for automobile, medical, industrial equipment, etc.
